Today's internet marketplace has its pros and cons.
If you are a prospective buyer looking for available online homes you may have become extremely frustrated. There are a multitude of sites to browse, but unfortunately not all of those sites contain accurate information. If you have contacted a Realtor to see a particular home only to be told that that home was sold months ago, you know what I mean. I receive no less than 10-15 contacts a week regarding homes that are no longer on the market.
I find the most reliable sources to be Listingbook.com and Realtor.com, with Listingbook.com carrying the most up to date information because it pulls data directly from our Realtors' multi-list.
